One price. No tiers. No surprises.

Prices are per logo, per position, on top of the garment price, excluding VAT. Standard-size logos are free to set up, embroidered or printed, and that covers the chest, sleeves and nape: once your logo is prepared for the chest, putting the same logo on a sleeve costs nothing extra. Large positions such as the back or a large front design carry a one-off artwork setup, charged once per logo however many garments you order, because a big print or a big embroidery only looks great if the artwork is prepared properly at that size. We keep your artwork on file so repeat orders are effortless.

Prices are shown excluding VAT by default, because most of our customers are VAT-registered businesses. If you'd rather see VAT-inclusive prices, use the exc./inc. VAT switch at the top of the page. It changes every price on the site.

Prints are sized up to 275mm wide. Standard chest logos are about 10cm wide; your proof shows the exact size and position before anything is made.

Free setup covers embroidery digitising for standard logos and print setup from genuine print-ready vector artwork (EPS, AI, PDF or SVG). A word on artwork: an EPS exported from a JPEG, or one generated by an AI tool, is usually not a true vector and prints with rough edges and patchy colour fill. Our artwork setup pays for a designer to redraw it properly, so what comes off the press looks as sharp as the sample photos. If your artwork needs more than that, we tell you the cost before anything is made. No surprise charges, ever.

Large back embroidery is the one place decoration pricing genuinely varies: a big, detailed back design can take our machines seven times longer than a standard logo. If that's what you need, a specialist will price it for you within 24 hours.
