Embroidery works from any clear image. For print we need vector artwork (EPS, AI, PDF or SVG). Only got a JPEG? Send it anyway: if it needs redrawing we'll tell you the one-off cost on your quote before anything is made.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers.
